VIP-ABOUT THE METHOD

‘LOOP YOUR EMOTIONS INSIDE-OUT’ METHOD

ABOUT

You can call it a method, a technique, a practice, or a ritual.
For me it’s a way of life, that helps me to see the world through eyes of sound.
It also helps me to grow faster on different fields of life.

HOW TO DO IT

There are 3 MAIN PARTS that makes this ‘method’ powerful.

PART 1 – MORNING MEDITATION
PART 2 – AFTERNOON EXERCISE
PART 3 – EVENING IMPROVISATION

You can do it in different combinations and in different intervals.
Some humans will just meditate, some will commit 100% to body, and some will say music is their main thing.
All that is OK if you feel HAPPY.

My method combines all into a daily routine, that is giving me a lot of joy.

HOW LONG TO DO IT

If you are a starter, then commit to each PART for 3 or 7 days.
See how each training works for you.
Then when you figure out and feel good at these rituals,
combine them all together and continue with longer sessions.

IMPROVISATION IN ALL PARTS

I like music improvisation because there are no rules of how you do things.
Same thing is with exercises and general idea of this method.
You need to test and experiement to find out what’s best for you.
When you find out what is making this warm feeling inside of you, then you put more of it.

WHY ‘LOOPING YOUR EMOTIONS INSIDE-OUT’ METHOD

When you get inside the universe of your music, you start to see things.
Colors, objects, patterns, rhythms, beings, waves, smells, etc.
Main part that connects all is YOUR EMOTION.
When you start to understand how you can play with your emotions IN & OUT, big things start to happen.
You become a Master of your Day and a Master of your Passion.
What you need to do is practice this ritual daily, so you can master it.
You need to master it to the level, that works best for you!
And that is the END GOAL.

WHY BUDDHA TRAININGS

I am not into Buddhism or any other religion, but from all spiritual practices out there I sympathise with Buddhism the most.
“Buddha” means “one who is awake.”
And I want to be awake when I create music, and also when I do my hiking or morning rituals.
When you are awake, you see thing differently.
Based on your intention, by being awake you can go more deep into things and practices.
When I commit to something, I try to go very deep.
And same is with learning new skills and techniques.
You need to master your art to the point, that is working good for you.
Same is with jobs, family, kids, friends, etc.
You need to master your ‘art’ to get the money you want and love in your relationship.

MUSIC & BEING AWAKE

Being awake is a big universe that you need to explore, if you want to create good music and be happy in life.
As a music creator, you need to train your ears to hear more than non-trained ears of average human.
You need to understand where inspiration comes so you can find it on your morning or afternoon hikes.
If you go to nature or city, there is millions of sounds you can investigate and repeat.
When I play guitar, I sometimes see humans, buidlings and trees, which they all move in special way.
When I play specific tone, I give them a color and then I paint the background.
Music for me is like paining or scultpuring the scenery of my dream.
And by being awake as when I’m walking or playing, I fill the LOOP between my mind and ears.

LIFE & BEING AWAKE
I believe that if you want to grow in life, you need to be awake.
You need to test and experiement till you find your own way.
My way (or this method I showing to you) maybe won’t work for you.
But if you can take little parts of different wisdom togehter, your can make your song.
Our story, habit, ritual, exercise.
Main thing about IMPROVISATION is that there are NO RULES.
And yes, you can steal!
From me, from others, from nature, sounds, films, etc.
New combinations will form new songs, new shapes, new relationships.
With you and your music.
So you need to improvise.
In life and in business. In sound and in equipment.
Tools and Rules are here only as a guide.
But at the end it’s the CREATOR – YOU.
***

The Buddha who lived 2,600 years ago was not a God.
He was an ordinary person just like you, but he knew something more.
He learned how to see our world differently.
And because of his advantage, his profound insights inspired the world.
