WELCOME TO MY TRAINING

ABOUT THE TRAINING

In this training you will learn how to compose music on the fly.
Even if you have no previous musical experience.
You will also learn how to use your music for healing your mind and your body.

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED

All you need is a creative mind and whatever sound providing instrument.
Yes your (or friend’s/wife’s/husband’s) body can do the work too.
If you want to record your session, you need to buy a stereo microphone and a digital recorder.
(I recommend mini digital recorders as much easier to handle and carry around vs laptop)

HOW TO DO IT

There are 5 STEPS you need to do.

STEP 1 – SELECT YOUR INTENTION ANGLE
STEP 2 – CLOSE YOUR EYES AND CONNECT WITH YOUR HEART
STEP 3 –
PRESS RECORD AND START PLAYING YOUR INSTRUMENT  (30 – 60min) 
*STEP 4 – WRITE PROGRESS (MUSIC) DIARY
*STEP 5 – REPORT YOUR MONTHLY ACHIEVEMENTS TO OTHER VIP CLUBBERS

HOW LONG TO DO IT

You will not wnat to hear this again, but here is the simple answer: FOREVER!
But when you start, try to do it as a 7 /14 or 30 days challenge.
I suggest you to start with 30 days!
I had one rule when I started hiking and and it went like this:
If I miss one day, I need to add two more at the end.

So if I missed 3 days in my 30 day challenge,
I needed to add 6 more days till I sent out my report and finished my challenge.
And it worked!
I belive same scarcity works on any type of challenge!
And music is a very passionate and good feeling challenge, so you won’t have issue if you commit to 30 days.

CAN I DO IT WITHOUT REPORTING / RECORDING

Yes, reporting to me and other clubbers is just a way to support each other.
You can commit to 7 / 14 / 30 day challenge first.
See how the training works for you.
Then when you figure out that this routine is very good for your health, continue with longer sessions.
Your end goal at the end should be – commit for life & change your mind.
MUSIC will adjust to your intention.

For your first challenge don’t bother with equipment and recording process.
You can do that later. It’s not important at this stage.
At this stage only one thing is important – TO FIND YOUR MUSICAL HEART!

WHAT IS MY MUSICAL HEART

I believe that you can heal your mind and body only if you play music out of your heart.
Sound vibration follows heart intention and makes a powerful LOOP.
That loop I call “EMOTION INSIDE-OUT”, and is the KEY of any music healing process.
If you use music to heal yourself, it needs to be produced in the same way as if you heal others.
I did a lot of group healing sessions with Planetary Gongs and Crystal /Tibetian bowls in the past.
One thing that connected all was always my intention and the sound I was sending to others.
If my intention was clear and positive, the sound experience was awesome for everyone.
If I was under stress while I played, my session mostly sucked.
And this is very important thing that you need to understand!
That’s why I’m doing my morning and hiking rituals daily.
I can heal you and me only if my intention is clear and positive.
We can experiement with bad thoughts and wibes in our sessions,
but the GENERAL INTENTION should be on the POSITIVE SIDE to effect the perforer and the audience.
And that is the most IMPORTANT CHAPTER of my teaching.
