2 – BODY RITUAL (afternoon)
ABOUT THE TRAINING
This training will help you to move your body daily, so you can loose weight, get more oxygen, be more strong, and be more happy.
It will also inspire your creativity and connect you to your inner music Buddha.
HOW TO DO IT
There are 5 STEPS you need to do.
STEP 1 – SELECT YOUR TARGET (daily reach + goal intention)
STEP 2 – PUT YOUR HEADPHONES ON AND PRESS PLAY ON IMPROMAN (OR YOUR) RADIO
STEP 3 – START WALKING / DANCING / RUNNING / CYCLING (30 – 60min)
*STEP 4 – WRITE PROGRESS (HIKING) DIARY
*STEP 5 – REPORT YOUR MONTHLY ACHIEVEMENTS TO OTHER VIP CLUBBERS
HOW LONG TO DO IT
Simple answer is: FOREVER.
But when you start, try to do it for 30 days.
I had one rule when I started and it went like this:
If I miss one day, I need to add two more at the end.
So if I missed 3 days in my 30 day challenge,
I needed to add 6 more days till I sent out my report and finished my challenge.
And it worked!
CAN I DO IT WITHOUT REPORTING
Yes, reporting to me and other clubbers is just a way to support each other.
You can commit to 7 / 14 / 30 day challenge first.
See how the training works for you.
Then when you figure out that this routine is very good for your health, continue with longer sessions.
Your end goal at the end should be – commit for life & change your mind.
Body will adjust to your intention.
WHERE & WHEN
I do it after my big work is done around 3pm. Before my lunch.
I do it all year long and I have severail trails behind my house where I go.
Best place to do that ritual is somewhere very near to your house, so you don’t have to drive there.
If you live near nature there are many trails you can find.
In the city you must be little more creative.
But, it’s doable!
As at the end, only one thing is important:
To move your body daily + to become smarter while moving your body daily.
CAN I USE MINE OR OTHER MUSIC
Yes, if you are familiar with music improvisation that I’m teaching, and if you already recorded few sessions based on ‘no-distraction’ technique, you are very welcome to do it.
If you haven’t go through my music improvisation training, then please use mine or other non distracting music.
I’m a big fan of Brain.fm music, but you can find also other services online that are specialize in similar content.
Just don’t use regular music with chorus, vocals and weird rhythms!
It will make your mind goes into stupid stories of lost and hartbroken singers…
And you don’t want to feel sorry for them right now.
You can do that later when back home, drinking tasty craft beer and taking a cold shower.
WHY HIKING BUDDHA TRAINING
“Buddha” means “one who is awake.”
The Buddha who lived 2,600 years ago was not a god. He was an ordinary person just like you, but he knew something more. He learned how to see our world differently.
And because of his advantage, his profound insights inspired the world.
Buddhism teaches that we all live in a fog of illusions created by mistaken perceptions and “impurities” — hate, greed, ignorance. A buddha is one who is free from the fog. It is said that when a buddha dies he or she is not reborn but passes into the peace of Nirvana, which is not a “heaven” but a transformed state of existence.
This training was made to help you see our world differently.
By daily hiking ritual where we listen Improman’s or other music which was made to not distreact, but to put you into the ‘alpha zone’, where your mind becomes more sensitive, we start to see things from different perspective.
When we put an intention of which part of our life we want to improve, strange things will start to happen.
And soon you will realize that the hidden person in you is not your real person, but the person who was made by your teachers, friends, parents, gouvernment, society, internet, etc.
What you need to do is to become a different guy or girl, who doesn’t live my the rules of others. But who sees and feels the world by a passionate heart, which is now awaken.
I’M NOT INTO SPIRITUAL / NEW AGE THINGS
Me neither. But I believe that if you know how to see this world through the ears of your heart, magical things will happen.
STEP 1:
SELECT YOUR TARGET (daily reach + goal intention)
Same as in the morning session, you need to first select your intention.
You can set daily intention (I will observe my playing mistakes so I can avoid them in my next session),
0r you can just go with your BIG or CHALLENGE intention (For 30 days I will walk 30 minutes and listen to my music so I can learn from my mistakes and become better musician).
WHAT ABOUT DAILY REACH:
Daily reach is how long you will walk every day, or how many kilometers/miles you will do, or what tree you will touch on the top of your mountain.
You can set timer or you can do based on the duration of my (yours) session.
All my sessions are 30 or 50 minutes, so before I press play, I scheck the duration.
When track finishes, I stop and turn around, no matter where this is.
IMPROVISE TO FIND YOUR BEST FIT:
Like with all things, improvisation makes the perfect spot for you.
So don’t be afraid to improvise with music, intention and daily reach!
Few EXAMPLES of MUSIC INTENTIONS FOR YOUR AFTERNOON BODY SESSION:
– Today I will run for 30 minutes with Improman Radio and try to learn how he progress with multiple loopers
– I want to observe my mistakes in last week session while I cycle to my favorite spot
– Today I will do the nordic walk for 60 minutes and observe the beauty of nature
– I want to fresh my head today with random Improman session, so I will walk fast for 30 mins, 10 mins break, and again 30 minutes back without music
– I will improvise with walking speed and try to mimic the music BPM with my steps

STEP 2:
PUT YOUR HEADPHONES ON AND PRESS PLAY ON IMPROMAN RADIO
Or if you don’t want to play my radio on your phone, download my sessions and put them on some digital player.
Or, record your own session and press play.
NOTE: Only non-distracting music if you work towards your growing and more clear thinking.
For fun, use anything you like.
STEP 3:
START WALKING / DANCING / RUNNING / CYCLING
(30 – 60min session)
This step needs no explanation.
STEP 4:
WRITE PROGRESS (HIKING) DIARY
Same as in MORNING SESSION, but this time you can do it later.
When?
After you come home, after you take a shower, after you eat your lunch, or before you go to sleep.
What to write?
Again. About the big idea or the big realization that happened to you during your training.
Format?
Same as in morning diary. 1-3 sentences, one A4 page, small story, big poem, nice drawing, good joke.
Why?
Because everyday you will grow, only if you remember at least one thing that heppened and opened your eyes.
Or your heart. Or your ears.

STEP 5:
REPORT YOUR MONTHLY ACHIEVEMENTS TO OTHER VIP CLUBBERS
Please send me your challenge diary after you finish 3/7/14/30/60/90 day challenge.
Some members send me a report, some members send me everything.
It’s up to you!
If you do just paper notes, please photo or scane them and compress into a Rar or Zip format.
If you write e-diary on your laptop, please send me Word file or PDF.
I will use use your writings to learn from your ideas and to inspire other clubbers.
