ABOUT THE TRAINING

This training will help you to move your body daily, so you can loose weight, get more oxygen, be more strong, and be more happy.
  It will also inspire your creativity and connect you to your inner Buddha.

HOW TO DO IT

There are 5 STEPS you need to do.

STEP 1 – SELECT YOUR TARGET (daily reach + goal intention)
STEP 2 – PUT YOUR HEADPHONES ON AND PRESS PLAY ON IMPROMAN RADIO
STEP 3 –
START WALKING / DANCING / RUNNING / CYCLING  (30 – 60min) 
STEP 4 – WRITE PROGRESS DIARY
STEP 5 – REPORT YOUR MONTHLY ACHIEVEMENTS TO OTHER CLUBBERS

HOW LONG TO DO IT

Simple answer is: FOREVER.
But when you start, try to do it for 30 days.
I had one rule when I started and it went like this:
If I miss one day, I need to add two more at the end.

So if I missed 3 days in my 30 day challenge,
I needed to add 6 more days till I sent out my report and finished my challenge.
And it worked!

CAN I DO IT WITHOUT REPORTING

Yes, reporting to me and other clubbers is just a way to support each other.
You can commit to 7 / 14 / 30 day challenge first.
See how the training works for you.
Then when you figure out that this routine is very good for your health, continue with longer sessions.
Your end goal at the end should be – commit for life & change your mind.
Body will adjust to your intention.

WHERE & WHEN

I do it after my big work is done around 3pm. Before my lunch.
I do it all year long and I have severail trails behind my house where I go.
Best place to do that ritual is somewhere very near to your house, so you don’t have to drive there.
If you live near nature there are many trails you can find.
In the city you must be little more creative.
But, it’s doable!
As at the end, only one thing is important:
To move your body daily +  to become smarter while moving your body daily.

CAN I USE OTHER MUSIC

Yes, you can use also other non distracting music.
I’m a big fan of Brain.fm music, but you can find also other services online that are specialize in similar content.
Just don’t use regular music with chorus, vocals and weird rhythms!
It will make your mind goes into stupid stories of lost and hartbroken singers…
And you don’t want to feel sorry for them right now.
You can do that later when back home, drinking tasty craft beer and taking a cold shower.

WHY HIKING BUDDHA TRAINING

“Buddha” means “one who is awake.”
The Buddha who lived 2,600 years ago was not a god. He was an ordinary person just like you, but he knew something more. He learned how to see our world differently.
And because of his advantage, his profound insights inspired the world.

Buddhism teaches that we all live in a fog of illusions created by mistaken perceptions and “impurities” — hate, greed, ignorance. A buddha is one who is free from the fog. It is said that when a buddha dies he or she is not reborn but passes into the peace of Nirvana, which is not a “heaven” but a transformed state of existence.

This training was made to help you see our world differently.
By daily hiking ritual where we listen Improman’s or other music which was made to not distreact, but to put you into the ‘alpha zone’, where your mind becomes more sensitive, we start to see things from different perspective.

When we put an intention of which part of our life we want to improve, strange things will start to happen.

And soon you will realize that the hidden person in you is not your real person, but the person who was made by your teachers, friends, parents, gouvernment, society, internet, etc.

What you need to do is to become a different guy or girl, who doesn’t live my the rules of others. But who sees and feels the world by a passionate heart, which is now awaken.

I'M NOT INTO SPIRITUAL / NEW AGE THINGS

Me neither. But I believe that if you see the world through your heart, magical things can happen.
